Great program.

Good value. Helps build vocabulary.

At first this app is confusing because there is no instruction but once you figure it out it is highly useful.

I found this app to be very unorganized. Rather than random flash cards, I prefer for the words/lessons to be broken into categories. I like the quizzes and being able to put things aside for further study.

This App needs help! Der April is the first & only phrase u will get. When u click the advance button, it just keeps repeating the pronunciation for Der April. I deleted this one pretty quickly!

Extremely basic, limited vocab

Where are the instructions? Maybe it's supposed to be intuitive but I'm struggling

Best app ever and it's free tells beginners how to use German and is still good and packed full of German if you know a little more than some people very rare you find such a good app. As far as I'm concerned one of the best apps I ever downloaded.

For free this is one of the best language apps. The design is really nice too.

You should make your own flashcards using the translator. It makes a wider variety of words to learn. ;)

I believe this app needs social words too. At least hello and goodbye but other than that I like it a lot.

I'm trying to learn German & this is a really good app for a first step at learning the basics & important keywords for the German language. Great app :)

If your audio speaker can't even pronounce the word 'der' right you have a problem... Der is pronounced 'dare' (with a soft r sound) not 'deer' Also ß are not really used in the German language anymore.

Great if you need to brush up, highly recommend it!

Good app helpful needs more words

This is just a vocabulary learning app and It does it really well. People buy this app for the wrong reason then complain. 10$ is alot of money but to me it was well spent my german is about twice as good now since i bought this app.You won't learn sentences. In fact I like that it doesn't teach grammar. That's what makes things complicated and deters people from learning. Learning after all is memorization so stop complaining about this just being a memorization app. I also like the fact that you can select which words to learn and the no look controls work very well. Huge improvement on the app that I wanted for a long time. Get this app if you want to build vocabulary fast. Adding new words would help as well.

I love, love, LOVE this app. The recent update has made it even better.

I'm German/ American so i really wanted to learn German i thought it would be cool to know 2 languages and this app is great i'ts really helping me alot!

It is great, but it needs an expanded word list. Maybe a payed version with more words?

It isn't a bad app. It actually would be a fantastic application if you could add your own words to study, but with the limited vocab it is almost useless.

I really liked this application. Worked really good.

It's free so it should be assumed that they're not going to give you the amount of words that the paid version has but they could at least include the plural versions. Okay for beginners and those who need a brush up on vocab

This app is decent for a demo. And to the people taking "German classes" and claiming the pronunciation is wrong , you obviously don't have a clue. I am a native German speaker and the pronunciation is perfect.

Besides it being nothing but memorization, it only gives one form of the word. The pronunciation is WAY off and all of the words are described as Die. And a few of the definitions are...slightly different than I recall. If you're just trying to learn to spell German words then this app is okay. Learning to speak it? This app will screw you so hard...

not bad. its only useful for word memorization, but it does it well and its quite fun. but its obvious that its just a demo for the paid version since there is "only" 152 words. i imagine its a blast playing with this when theres 2000+ words. unfotunately, 10 bucks for that is a little too much

this app has no greetings. or goodbyes. or anything along the lines of those. it's pointless. I thought it would help with my German homework, but noo. all I needed was the forms of Heissen, and they're not on it. definately not worth buying this..and the umlauts sound wrong.

Just stupid flash cards and a quiz. Only memorization it is very hard to retain words. 

I only use the translater :) so it's a pretty nice app

What a great app. Helps brush up on your German as well.

Not bad. But in needs more words and some grammar lessons as well to help you speak in sentences. My boyfriend has been trying to teach me German, and I have to say that this HAS helped.

Love this app it's not hard to use it has a speaker person that tells u the words!! And you can change it from German to English or English to german lol!!! And Its FREE so if u don't like it just delete it nothing lost!!!!!

Ok I take German in school n the accent is wrong plus it only teachesu the words not how to put it in to centences in German the wayu put words in a centence is different than in English like in German time goes in the middle of the centence in english it goes at the end bad app

Wtf this is not how you learn german. I was hoping this could teach me from day one how to speek german. It is only phrases. It does not explain how grammar is used or anything its just memorization of phrases which is not learning a new language.

Good app, easy to use, it just needs more words! Please update with more words!

It's brilliant. I just love it! I think I might as well buy the full version since I have German class and my teacher was bad at teaching anyway. Good job, keep it up!

The app is honestly very blah and doesn't really cover much of anything. It covered the cognates well, but there really isn't anything else once you memorize some keywords

Pretty good app overall. A few words here and there are disputable on exact correctness, but could be used anyhow. Includes some strong basic vocab, but doesn't get to much into the really tough, tough stuff. Great for beginners in German or those who like to review.
